Dubai Airport Services Update
Passengers travelling through Dubai International Airport (DXB) can currently access several airport facilities as operations gradually return to normal. Below are the latest Dubai Airport updates on passenger services available at the airport.
Lounges: Ahlan Lounges are operating across Concourse A, B and C. Plaza Premium Lounge and Marhaba Lounge are also open and receiving passengers.
Meet & Assist: Ahlan Meet & Assist services are available across all terminals.
Shower Facilities: Shower facilities are available at Concourse A and can be booked in advance. Guests visiting the Ahlan Lounge at Concourse A can use the showers free of charge with their lounge access.
Health Club: The DXB Health Club (gym, pool, jacuzzi and steam room) located in Concourse B remains closed at present.
Dubai International Hotel: Dubai International Hotel continues to operate normally for transit passengers.
Dubai Airport Flights Update
As flight operations gradually resume at Dubai International Airport, several international airlines are continuing to review and adjust their schedules. While Dubai-based carriers are working towards restoring normal services, many global airlines are still monitoring the situation and making temporary changes to their routes and operations.

Air France
Air France has extended the suspension of its Dubai flights while it continues to monitor the regional situation.
Flights between Paris and Dubai remain cancelled until Thursday, March 12 inclusive. As a result, the scheduled return flight departing Dubai on Friday, March 13 has also been cancelled.
Passengers affected by these cancellations have been contacted directly by the airline. Customers also have the option to postpone or cancel their travel free of charge, regardless of whether their flight has been cancelled.
flydubai
flydubai is operating a reduced flight schedule across its network. Passengers booked between 28 February and 31 March can rebook to the same destination within 30 days of the original travel date without penalty. Connections through Dubai will only be allowed if the connecting flight is operating.
Booking and refund options:
- Book or manage flights via flydubai.com, the mobile app, travel agents, or the Contact Centre.
- Ensure contact details are up to date, and check flight status before travelling.
Safety advisory: The airline emphasises that passenger and crew safety remain the highest priority.
Air India
Air India and Air India Express have been operating several non-scheduled flights between India and Dubai in recent days.
According to the airline’s latest update, 36 ad-hoc flights to the UAE were scheduled on Wednesday, March 11. These include two Air India flights from Delhi and three from Mumbai to Dubai.
Air India Express is also running flights connecting Dubai with Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai.
British Airways
British Airways announced on Tuesday, March 10 that it has temporarily suspended its UAE operations and reduced flights across parts of the region.
All services to Dubai International Airport, as well as Amman, Bahrain, Doha and Tel Aviv, have been cancelled until the end of March. The airline has not yet confirmed when regular services will resume.
Flights to Abu Dhabi have also been suspended until later this year.
British Airways has also mentioned that limited seats are available on repatriation flights from Muscat to London Heathrow on March 11 and March 12 for customers who already have bookings.
China Southern Airlines
China Southern Airlines confirmed that it would restart selected routes between China and Dubai.
Flights from Guangzhou and Shenzhen to Dubai are currently operating between March 8 and March 11.
Passengers are advised to check the airline’s official website for the latest updates before travelling, as schedules and aircraft assignments may change based on operational requirements.
IndiGo
IndiGo
IndiGo has suspended flights to Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, Dammam, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah until March 28 due to regional disruptions, according to news agency Reuters.
KLM
KLM continues to provide regular updates regarding its operations in the region.
The airline has confirmed that it will not operate flights to or from Dubai until Saturday, March 28.
Passengers with cancelled flights will be informed by the airline and may rebook free of charge or request a refund through the My Trip section of the KLM website.
Lufthansa
The Lufthansa Group has cancelled its flights to and from Dubai until Sunday, March 15.
The airline has also indicated that the situation remains fluid and schedules could change at short notice.
Passengers holding Lufthansa Group tickets to Dubai issued on or before March 1, 2026, for travel between March 16 and March 26 may request a refund if their flights are still scheduled but they no longer wish to travel.
Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways operations continue to be affected by the closure of Qatari airspace by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority.
The airline has resumed a limited number of flights to assist affected passengers, although full commercial services have not yet resumed. At present, Dubai is not included in its operating schedule.
Passengers with confirmed bookings between February 28 and March 22, 2026 can make two complimentary date changes within 14 days of their original travel date or request a refund for the unused ticket.
Philippine Airlines
Philippine Airlines has temporarily suspended several services.
Its PR658 and PR659 Manila–Dubai–Manila flights will be cancelled between Wednesday, March 11 and Sunday, March 15.
Affected passengers can either rebook their flights or apply for a refund through the airline’s website.
Turkish Airlines
Turkey’s Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloglu, announced that flights between Turkey and Dubai will remain suspended until the end of Friday, March 13.
This suspension also includes flights operated by AJet, Pegasus and SunExpress.
Passengers who purchased tickets before February 28 for travel between February 28 and March 31 can request a refund, change their booking free of charge or extend the validity of their tickets until May 10.
United Airlines
United Airlines has introduced flexible travel options for passengers affected by the disruption.
Customers who purchased tickets on or before February 28 for travel between March 8 and March 31 can change their travel dates without paying change fees or fare differences for flights within the same period.
For travel after March 31, change fees will still be waived, although fare differences may apply.
Passengers who decide not to travel can request a full refund.
