Emirates “First” – New Premium Check-In Lounge

Dubai Airport recently introduced “Emirates First”, a premium check-in and reception lounge in Terminal 3. Designed for First Class passengers and Skywards Platinum members, it features:

A dedicated golden entrance with luxury interiors
Concierge-style check-in service with staff using tablets
Direct access to exclusive First Class lounges after immigration
Lounge-style seating with privacy and comfort

This new facility raises the standard of pre-flight service for elite travelers.

Changes to Credit Card Lounge Access (From June 2025)

From June 1, 2025, credit card lounge access policies at DXB have been updated:

A maximum of 14 complimentary visits per year
Guests must have made a recent international transaction to qualify
Access verification is now digital, requiring registration via card apps

These changes apply to popular premium cards offering free lounge access and are designed to ensure smoother entry management.
